Leadership

Brad Weber is a vice president and the chief estimator for City Light & Power, Inc. (CLP). He has been in the construction and utility industry since 1995.  Currently, Brad is responsible for the estimating team that provides cost estimates for existing and potential Utility Privatization (UP) projects and project management.  He has participated in the proposal submittal and transition process for every awarded UP project, with the exception of March AFB. Brad is a graduate of Colorado State University.
