Brad Weber is a strategic construction executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across utility infrastructure, utility privatization, heavy civil, and site development markets. He is recognized for developing winning pursuit strategies, mitigating risk, and building high‑performing teams. In his role at City Light & Power, Brad provides executive leadership for estimating and preconstruction operations supporting federal, municipal, and private‑sector clients.

Throughout his tenure, Brad has led company‑wide estimating, budgeting, and proposal development efforts and has played a central role in the pursuit and transition of all awarded Utility Privatization projects. He directs strategic bid reviews, risk assessments, forecasting, and pricing, and has developed standardized estimating procedures that enhance accuracy and consistency. Brad also advises executive leadership on market trends, procurement strategies, and resource planning.
