Bill Simmons has over 35 years of experience in the electric utility industry, implementing long and short-term, public private partnerships and energy related projects and deals. Mr. Simmons has been involved in management on many levels overseeing and directing all corporate matters including operations, sales, marketing, legal, financing, and procurement. Under Mr. Simmons leadership City Light & Power has achieved significant growth over the years, which includes opening and operating new offices in 14 different locations across the country providing high quality professional services to our customers including Cities, Co-Ops, Investor Owned Utilities, and the Federal Government.  Mr. Simmons is a graduate of Colorado State University, and loves spending time with his wife and family golfing, skiing, boating.
